Small Group Training

Small Group Training is results-driven training designed to take you to the next level. Reap the benefits of personal training combined with the motivation and fun that comes from being part of a group. Using a combination of functional training and conditioning, all major muscles groups will be challenged to improve overall lean muscle mass, endurance and functional strength for balance, mobility and injury prevention.

Whether you are looking to lose weight, get in shape, gain flexibility, work around an injury or just prefer a more personal setting, an individually designed program will bring faster results. Your personal training experience will be tailored to your specific needs, and will include:
mobility exercises, strength and conditioning exercises, post work-out recovery techniques and nutritional guidance.

Kids Cross Fit Program

The kids program aims to increase physical competence in the following areas: Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy, with additional focus on elements that encourage bone density and vestibular system development. We will work on teaching them proper movement mechanics and form, while creating a broad athletic foundation and most importantly having FUN! Kids are not just small adults, their bodies require different training than an adult. 

Yoga for Teen Athletes

Sports training can begin to wear on the body, leading to inflammation and excessive wear on the tissues. This program will focus on building flexibility, balance, agility and core strength to help bring the body into symmetrical alignment, correct flexibility and strength imbalances in the soft tissues, help prevent sports injuries and aid in recovery. This class will also explore mindfulness and the mindful athlete, improving mental focus during competition.
